Exchange Policy:
- You can exchange orders within 2 days of order delivery against any manufacturing defect(s) only. Please refer to the product description page for more details on the specific product.

- All items to be exchanged must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- An opening video is mandatory for any complaints regarding product damage. Please follow these steps carefully:
Start by showing the sealed courier parcel, followed by the address label and tracking details. Then, record yourself opening the package. Display the product clearly on camera. If you notice any damage or issue, it must be shown clearly in the same uninterrupted video—without any cuts or pauses.
Refunds:
Please note that NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ANY ORDERS. We offer exchanges exclusively for manufacturing defects and size-related concerns.
Cancellations:
Please note that cancellations are not permitted once an order has been placed, as we begin processing it immediately to ensure swift delivery and service.
